Top 5 Jewellery Trends for 2022

Jewellery is something that is unique to each person and can be very personal. Whether you are a gold or silver, fine or chunky, layered or statement jewellery person, there is always something out there for you.

With everything that has been going on lately, there is no surprise that people are turning to jewellery to brighten things up when it comes to getting ready.

So without further ado, here are our top 5 jewellery trends for 2022:

We can already see this coming in to play and it is so much FUN! Gone are the days of low statement pieces and here we go into a bright new. It's the much needed pick me up we never knew we needed. Our pick for 2022 is not only colours but a rainbow of colours, we are talking about bright and wild and we are here for it!

Paying homage to our younger days, we are now turning to beaded jewellery again. Beaded jewellery is a game changer and can instantly elevate a look. They are fun and also colourful and usually styled as a top layer to your layered pieces. Bringing beads back into the mix changes things up, adding texture and a point of difference, yes thank you!

Jewellery that has meaning behind it is something we are bringing with us from 2021 into 2022. With everything that has happened these last few years, we are turning to jewellery to feel connected. Whether it be connected to loved ones that we haven't seen in a while or connected to ourselves through affirmations, we are loving the meaning behind the pieces that we wear close to our heart.

Yep- It's time! This can be super cringe for some as it used to be SUCH a no, no! But we are here to tell you that gold, silver and rose gold can absolutely be worn together. We are definitely going to be seeing more of this this year and let's face it, how great will it be to have this kind of freedom - haha!

We are all so educated now about where we are purchasing from. And let's face it, the small businesses have so much more personality. In a world that is ever changing and geared to empower others, we would much prefer to support those small Australian owned businesses over the big chains! #supportlocal

So all in all, there are some big fun and exciting changes coming up. As we know, we do not always have to follow the trends as we are all unique individuals with our own style, take from this what you will and leave what you don't need xx

Much Love,

Lion Wild
