An Inside Look: Designing our Reflection Collection

Have you met our newest collection the Reflection Collection? This is one of our most meaningful collections yet it was completely designed by YOU, our loyal community. 

When brainstorming what collection to create next, we were thinking about what our customers would love the most. We thought, why not simply ask? We created a collection of surveys and polls asking our customers about different design elements they would prefer for a future collection. 

This included details such as the chain length, the pendant size, the pendant shape and of course the overall design. The most meaningful part for us what the affirmations that are inscribed on the back of each necklace. We loved hearing your suggestions, it truly warmed our hearts reading all of the affirmations that you love so dearly. 

Overall, we were blown away by the amount of responses we received on our questionnaires and polls and loved reading all of the results. As a team, we had our predictions, however, we were surprised with the end results. We love that this collection was truly influenced by what you all love about our pre-existing designs. 

When the results were in, we worked with our in-house designer, Ali to bring the designs to life. Shortly after our CADs were ready and we could start production.

We absolutely loved how the collection turned out and we are so grateful to everyone who was involved in the design process. We are excited to build future collections around your feedback and we cannot wait to see what is to come in 2025!
