I purchased the growth necklace for myself as I’ve done an entire year of hard work and growing as a person. I lost my dad really unexpectedly, he was so young and we were best buddies, so it shook up my world to say the least. I was someone who in the past would bury all my emotions and not deal with them but unfortunately, my body forced me to do the exact opposite and I had to learn how to process emotions I’d never felt before and deal with injuries because of muscle tension (if you know you know)! I took myself off to see a psychologist, quit my toxic job, booked a holiday, got into breath work, started journaling, took a step back from intense exercise and learnt that it’s okay to just move when your body is okay to do so. I also met my partner who has shown me what it’s like to be loved in the best possible way which lead to even more growing. It’s been a very weird year of learning and growing as a person in so many different ways. So, I treated myself to the Lion Wild growth necklace and I wear it with pride every single day as a reminder to myself that my dad’s always around watching me grow even if I can’t see him. <3
